Getting the error "Please finalize data for the previous year before trying to load data for this year" when clicking "Load assignment"

This happens when you have imported data for a financial year and are trying to move to the next year without finalizing the previous year data.

To finalize the data for a particular financial year:

1. Select company and Financial year
2. Click "Load Assignment"
3. Click "Generate Final Statement"
4. Click "Finalize Latest version"

CAUTION: As AssureAI will also warn you, you cannot undo finalization. Also, once finalized, you cannot make any changes to the data, hence please ensure that the statements are properly validated before finalizing the data.
