"Export JSON for AssureAI" option give "You are not authorized to perform this operation" error
1. Check if you are using a licensed version of Tally (The AssureAI Plugin works only on a licensed version)
2. If yes, check if your Tally serial number is the same as what you have shared with the AssureAI marketing team for activation. Else, raise a ticket for Tally serial number activation by dropping an email to tickets@assureai.in
3. If yes, there may be issues related to antivirus / firewall settings. Raise a ticket and we will help you resolve the issue.
