The following are the reasons when the user cannot see a sub-head listed in the balance sheet.
1. If the user finds a required Sub-Head is not listed in the system, then the user can reach out to AssureAI team for the head / Sub-Head to be added into the system.
2. If the head is present but the display name is not ideal for the user, the display name cane be changed if the sub-head is not locked.
3. The user has not mapped any ledgers (even with 0 balance) to the sub-head then it will not be listed in the balance sheet.
